    Most of the more than 60 companies that TRICOR represents has been with our agency for over 20 years and the seventy plus employees of TRICOR have an average of over 15 years of insurance experience.

    The largest number of claims that we had in a 10 minute period exceeded 3,000. This was a hail storm which hit one of our communities. In an emergency, TRICOR can open up and handle over 30 simultaneous customer phone calls to speed the processing of your claim. In addition, our companies have catastrophe teams on standby. The highest number of adjuster for any one company that we have had simultaneously working on the site of the claim was more than 20 and that was just for one of our 60 companies and several companies claims adjusters were involved.
